Services

Therapy is offered both via telehealth and in person for children, adolescents, and adults up to the age of 30.

Session Format

All therapy sessions are 50 minutes of face-to-face time. The remaining 10 minutes are devoted to administrative tasks, including notes, session planning, and MHCP letters.

Session Fees

Appointments are $260 per session.

This fee is lower than the recommended rates set by the Australian Psychological Society and the AAPi of $318 and $330 respectively.

Session content is collaboratively decided on by the therapist and client depending on the needs of the case. Some common elements to a therapy session include:
