Services
Therapy is offered both via telehealth and in person for children, adolescents, and adults up to the age of 30.
Session Format
All therapy sessions are 50 minutes of face-to-face time. The remaining 10 minutes are devoted to administrative tasks, including notes, session planning, and MHCP letters.
Session Fees
Appointments are $260 per session.
This fee is lower than the recommended rates set by the Australian Psychological Society and the AAPi of $318 and $330 respectively.

Therapy fees not only cover the time spent face-to-face with a client, they also cover time spent on case notes, treatment/session planning, admin, case conceptualisation, business overheads, registration requirements, and more - and this is before tax and superannuation are deducted. Software subscriptions
Secure IT infrastructure and storage of records
Practice management and telehealth platforms
Phone and internet
Utilities and workspace costs (even if working from home)
Website hosting, development, and maintenance

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, this must be done two business days prior to the appointment to avoid the full late cancelation fee (equivalent to the fee for the appointment slot).
Late cancellation fees are not intended to be a punishment, however they are enforced to help uphold sustainable practice.
A late cancellation fee may be void under the following circumstances:
Where the client reschedules to another appointment time during the same business week (please note that failure to attend a rescheduled appointment within the same business week will incur the full late cancellation fee regardless of whether two days notice was provided
